1. If your Personal Trainer is unable to attend a personal training session they must give you 12 hours notice OR we will give you the option of a replacement trainer. If 12 hours notice is not given by your Personal Trainer and you do not wish to have a replacement trainer, you will be given a FREE personal training session to be redeemed by you when your next appointment is made with your personal trainer.
2. If YOU are unable to attend a personal training session with your personal trainer, we request 12 HOURS notice. If this notice is not received for any reason, a loss of your session will be incurred and you will forfeit this session. This means that you will pay for this session although you will not have attended the session. You cannot give this to another member, friend or member of the family to use in your place.
3. Please make every effort to arrive 10 minutes early and be warmed up prior to your session. Be mindful of the next person arriving after you. Unfortunately if you are late, the session WILL finish on time.
4. All personal training sessions for which full monetary value has been received by us, must be used within 12 months of your membership commencing OR by the end date of your membership minimum term, whichever is the later. Unused personal training sessions will be lost if not used within this time period.
5. Personal Training Sessions are NON REFUNDABLE AND NON TRANSFERABLE. Sessions cannot be given or transferred to another non member and cannot be refunded or redeemed for cash.
After you choose a date & time, you will create an account with your details and complete the booking.
Your email address and password will then allow you to review, change and add appointments.
